Uncle Allen's Pepper Shop is a small gourmet food business owned and operated by veteran educators, Allen and Linda Hicks.

After spending more than 60 years in teaching and public school administration, Allen and Linda established their business to answer the ever present need for a truly profitable, easy to implement fundraiser that offers quality products for a fair price.

Uncle Allen's gourmet products are produced
in small batches in an attractive, clean,
commercial kitchen located next to our home at 143 Miller Street in Kenefic, OK. We personally fill each jar with the finest ingredients available.

Uncle Allen's products meet all state and federal requirements and are covered by Product Liability Insurance.

Stop by and visit the shop if you are in the Kenefic area. You will usually find Allen and Linda cleaning peppers, peeling onions, or brewing up a steaming kettle of salsa, picante sauce or BBQ sauce. Call before
